Meet Mike

Mike has been cooking, bar-b-queing, and smoking

meats pretty much his whole life. Its his way of taking care of

people that he loves.

He has recently been recruited to smoke meats for 

over 300 at a stake girls camp dinner, neighborhood parties, ward / church dinners, and family functions.

He has hours of experience in all kinds and varieties of meats.

Pork, beef, chicken, bologna, sausage, and turkey have been on the menu lately.
